With Auditoria, companies using Coupa can automate the process of receiving Supplier Invoices over email and entering them into Coupa for further approvals and payment.

• Classifies incoming documents as invoices, extracts header and line details, and completes coding. Coding can be matching invoice lines to purchase order lines or using customer configurations to code for non purchase order backed spend.
• For credit notes and other document types, users can view and process as needed using the Auditoria interface.
• Checks that purchase orders are open and have available balance and validate that the sum of invoice lines adds up to the total amount in the invoice.
• Extract invoices in many different formats including multiple invoices attached in one email (up to 50), multiple invoices attached in one file (up to 50 pages), multiple page invoices (up to 50 pages), foreign currency invoices and foreign language invoices.
